Excelling Growth
Observations on growth strategies and the remarkable outcomes tech companies can achieve through their implementation
Excelling Growth
This newsletter is a collection of observations on growth strategies and the remarkable outcomes companies can achieve with them. Here I will share thoughts on how to apply various growth techniques, even at companies that are not designed as product led growth companies, or not even SaaS companies. With creativity and careful design growth and even hyper growth is attainable across any industry or tech domain.
1. Getting here
After over two decades working in tech across many go-to-market and some product strategy roles, I realized that I was practicing growth strategies even before they were formalized as such, way before PLG became the pedestal for how to design a tech company. From small startups to large multinationals, I was always focused on driving customer acquisition, growth and retention and monetization. Which is why I recently decided to setup Excelling Growth to help as many companies as possible on their growth journey.
2. The Excelling Growth community
I am building this community for tech leaders, from early stage founders to business and product leaders at late stage and multi national companies interested in leveraging growth best practices to further drive success. As in life, the examples you will find here, will not always be the expected ones, as making high impact rarely results from straightforward thinking. So if you enjoy outside of the box thinking and it’s implementations, you are in the right place. If you want to contribute from your experience, even better.
3. Due credit
Lastly, many of the ideas and examples here will be based on the work of others in this field, we will always try to add value on top and not be reductive or derivative, but do know that this newsletter is sitting on the shoulders of giants who will be often mentioned in my posts and I recommend following them as well, you can find most of them in the recommendations section as well
